The DIS-2 48/10 is a fully digital AC servo
controller for three-phase synchronous
motors with 24–48 V DC supply voltage.
It is optimally suitable for decentralised
employment. It is mounted directly on
the terminal block of the motor. Different
modes of operation are available: torque,
speed or position control.

In position control mode, 64 position
sets can be stored as absolute or relative
point-to-point positioning. Set point
assignment can be realised either via the
bus or an analog signal –10 to +10 V.
Programming and diagnosis are
possible via an RS-232 or CAN-bus
interface. A second field bus can be
connected to an additional slot. The
Windows application ServoCommander
is used to quickly and easily parameterise
the DIS-2.

A resolver feedback enables position
tracing and operation with sinus shaped
current. It is also possible to run the DIS-2
with six-step block commutation using
digital Hall sensors.
